The USTPC panelists are Andy Grosso\u00a0(Moderator), Mark Rasch, Pam Samuelson, Richard M. The goal is to\nincrease data sharing among businesses, make more public-sector data available\nfor reuse, and foster data sharing of personal data, including for \u2018altruistic\u2019\npurposes.
