But the president\u2019s more drastic call for a total repeal \u2014 echoed by Biden for very different reasons<\/a> \u2014 is gaining traction among Republicans in Washington. The NYT reported Thursday <\/a>that White House chief of staff Mark Meadows has even offered Trump\u2019s support for a must-pass annual defense spending bill if it includes such a repeal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
